Our Returns Policy
In accordance with the European Distance Selling Directive, Scenic Photo Arts will supply you with a receipt for each purchase of Artwork you make from the website, this effectively is our contract to you. You have the right to withdraw from the contract, within 14 days from receipt of the Artworks. You can return the Artwork(s) without having to give any reason. If you wish to return the Artwork(s) you will be reimbursed by the same method with which you paid.
We will collect any Artwork(s), or arrange the paid postage of Artwork(s) to be returned free of charge as long as no damage has been caused to the Artwork(s) by the purchaser. On receipt of undamaged Artwork(s) the refund will be made.
Our Bespoke Returns Policy
If you order any Artwork(s) from our bespoke page on our website, these items are made-to-order and therefore the right to withdraw from the contract within seven working days under the European Distance Selling Directive is not applicable. This right is also not applicable to any other made-to-order (bespoke) item.
Any Purchase, Commisions or Bespoke Orders remain the property of Scenic Phorto Art until paid in full.
